You will be learning in a new, comfortable, medium sized Fiat Tipo. I provide driving lessons for students around Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch areas.
I adopt a fixed price promise - that is no price increases until you pass (and no random hidden charges) - so that you don't have to worry about surprise price increases and can simply focus on learning how to drive!

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I learn manual or automatic?
I only teach manual as my car, Fiat Tipo, only has a manual gearbox. Everyone has their own preference, however, remember that learning in an automatic will limit you to driving cars with an automatic gearbox. If you obtain a manual driving license then you will have the option for driving either a manual or an automatic once you pass.
What car do you drive?
I drive a new Fiat Tipo 1.4 petrol manual transmission.
How many hours will it take me to pass my test?
Everyone learns at a different pace, so it is not possible to put a number on it. The DVSA states that there is no minimum or maximum hours you must take before taking your driving test. Some of my students have passed their test after just 20 hours of lessons while others have taken longer. From experience, students who engage in regular lessons and practice privately tend to progress at a steadier pace, however, everybody is different!
How much do you charge?
Please see the lessons and prices page.
Why are driving lessons expensive?
Remember that driving instructors have a lot of expenses, including car insurance, fuel costs, maintenance and general upkeep of the vehicle, training and DVSA registration expenses, to name a few!
What areas do you cover?
Most of my pupils are within Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Ferndown, and Boscombe. I am happy to pick up and drop off from different locations (e.g., work and home) as long as they are within these area.
What happens if I need to cancel a lesson?
If you need to cancel you should inform me as soon as possible. I may be able to offer you another lesson on the same day or a different day. However, if you cancel within the 48 hours prior to your booked lesson then I will need to charge the full rate for the lesson. This is because it would be too late for me to be able to rebook someone else for that time slot.
How will I know that I am ready for my test?
You need to be able to drive fully independently , competently, and safely with minimal guidance from your instructor to be ready for your test.
